A New Way to Work with Squint

A major upgrade is coming to Squint.

A major upgrade is coming to Squint. You’ll be able to tackle the biggest problems facing your organization with the speed and analytical power of frontier AI, plus all the tools built specifically for industrial operations.

If your account team has told you about this change, you’re in the right place. Everything you rely on in Squint today stays: your procedures, time studies, training, and the tools you use to build them. What we’ve added is a powerful new way to drive all of it. Tell Squint what you’re trying to achieve in plain language, and it helps you observe the work, analyze it, and build what you need to make improvements stick. Squint now works alongside you to find and fix what’s slowing your floor down.

That covers everything Squint already does well. It can build time studies and procedures, analyze how a job gets done, and answer questions about your training and procedure history. Work that used to mean opening several tools, including the Lean Manufacturing agent, can now start from a single conversation.

Work it out together. Squint doesn’t replace the people who know your operation. Your process engineers, trainers, and supervisors bring the context and make the calls. Squint does the hours of capturing, sorting, and documenting that sit between a problem and a fix.

Bring what you have, get back what you need. Give Squint video of the work on your floor, OEM manuals, SOPs, schematics, or spreadsheets. It can turn them into procedures, time studies, diagrams, reports, and checklists.

Make exactly what you need. Describe what you’re after, and Squint builds it around your line, your equipment, and your standards.

When it’s coming to you.

This new capability is rolling out gradually, and your account team will reach out before it’s turned on in your workspace. Want to try it sooner? Reach out to your account team. We’ll keep adding to this page with examples, prompts to try, and answers to common questions as the rollout continues.

The binders and taped-up work instructions had a good run. We can’t wait to show you what comes next.
